Important Message Regarding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) 

As the COVID pandemic slows in our region we are pleased to announce our new fully operational branch lobby hours beginning Monday, June 1. We have taken precautions to mitigate the risk of potential exposure to our members and staff.  Our lobby and drive-up hours can be found here.

There will be a face mask required and 6’ social distancing policy in affect, with limited numbers of members allowed in the lobbies. Please continue to use our convenient services for your safety and our employees. These services are Drive up, CU Online, Mobile Banking with Remote Check Deposit, ATM’s, Night deposit drop, A.R.T. (Audio Response Teller) Debit and credit cards instead of cash.

Check on the status of your Economic Impact Payment

Go to irs.gov, click on "get my payment". The application will give you information about :

  • Your payment status
  • Your payment type
  • Whether the IRS needs more information from you

We are monitoring and following all guidance from the Center of Disease Control and New York State Department of Health.

We will continue to share any updates on the actions we are taking to help protect against the spread of COVID-19 while we’ll continue to provide you with the highest level of service you’ve come to expect from us.

We have increased our already stringent cleaning protocols for all branches.  We are diligently reminding staff to follow preventative guidelines to mitigate the risk of exposure.

We are restricting any staff business travel and non-critical onsite visits from outside vendors over the next 90 days. We are limiting our staff exposure at external events and functions, cancelling any offsite business interaction as much as possible.  We are modifying these restrictions daily.   We are taking additional steps to ensure the health and welfare of our team and if a staff member is not feeling well or an immediate family member is ill, we are recommending they stay home and not report to work. If you, yourself are feeling unwell, please take steps to safeguard others.

Consumer Loan / Credit Card Skip a Payment: We are offering four Consumer Loan / Credit
Card Skip a Payments if your income is impacted by the current COVID-19 situation, and we will waive the $25 fee for each skip. Click here 

Real Estate Loan Skip a Payment: We are offering up to a three-month deferment for Mortgages and Home Equity Loans if your income is impacted by the current COVID-19 situation.
