Important Message Regarding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
As the COVID pandemic slows in our region we have taken precautions to mitigate the risk of potential exposure to our members and staff. Our lobby and drive-up hours can be found here.
In accordance with guidance from the CDC, sfcu will no longer require masks for those who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19. This means 14 days past the second Pfizer or Moderna shot, or 14 days post Johnson & Johnson. We will not request proof of vaccination at this time, as we trust our members to protect one another and make responsible choices for public health and themselves.
We will continue to offer a range of convenient services for your safety and that of our employees. These services include Drive up, CU-Online, Mobile Banking with Remote Check Deposit, ATM’s, Night deposit drop, and our A.R.T. (Audio Response Teller). We also suggest using debit and credit cards instead of cash when possible.
We are monitoring and following all guidance from the Center of Disease Control and New York State Department of Health. We will continue to share any updates on the actions we are taking to help protect against the spread of COVID-19 and any unscheduled interuptions in service hours, all while providing the highest level of service you have come to expect from sfcu.
