How do I enroll in online banking for my personal account?

To enroll in Online Banking, you’ll need your full Social Security number, date of birth, ZIP code, and the email address provided when your account was opened. Follow the enrollment prompts to verify your information and create your own username and password.

As part of enrollment, you’ll also set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for added account protection. You can choose to verify your identity using a one-time password sent to your mobile phone or a third-party authenticator app.

Each owner on an account enrolls separately and has their own Online and Mobile Banking login. If you’re a joint owner, use your own Social Security number and personal information when enrolling rather than the primary account owner’s information.

Once enrollment and MFA setup are complete, you can securely access your eligible accounts through Online and Mobile Banking.
