To maintain access to my card, do I need to notify SFCU when traveling?

With Card Control, you can easily turn your cards on or off anytime, set travel dates/ locations, set personalized spending limits, amount, merchant, and transaction type, and quickly report lost or stolen cards with just a few clicks.

You may also notify us when traveling by going go to the ‘Message Center’ under the ‘Contact Us’ menu, select ‘Compose’, and choose ‘Credit/Debit Card’ to fill in your trip details. Mobile users can access this via the ‘More’ option in the ‘Contact Us’ section to avoid service disruption.
