1. Eligibility

The SFCU Nintendo Switch™ 2 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all individuals, regardless of age, who are legal permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.). Void where prohibited. If the winner is under the legal age of majority in their state of residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian, who will be required to complete all necessary prize acceptance documents on behalf of the minor. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family/household members of SFCU employees, or directors/volunteers are not eligible to win.

1. Giveaway Period

Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 09/01/2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 10/31/2025 (“Giveaway Period”).

1. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

• New Member Entry: Any individual who opens a new SFCU membership during the Giveaway Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Membership is defined as purchasing and maintaining at least one share in a share account that names the individual as the sole or primary owner. Being named as a joint owner or authorized user does not qualify as membership.
• Mail-In Entry (No Membership Required): To enter without opening a new account, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, and the words “SFCU Nintendo Switch™ 2 Giveaway” on a plain 3” x 5” card and mail it in a sealed, stamped #10 envelope to:
  SFCU Nintendo Switch™ 2 Giveaway, 42 Union St., Sidney, NY 13838.
  Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person during the Giveaway Period. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 10/24/2025 and received by 10/31/2025.

1. Prize

One (1) Nintendo Switch™ 2 console will be awarded to one winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $499.99. Prize may vary in color/model based on availability. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at SFCU’s discretion.

1. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will be conducted on or about 11/10/2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If the winner does not respond within three (3) days of initial contact, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or does not return required documentation, an alternate winner will be selected.

1. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of SFCU, which are final.
• Release SFCU, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
• Allow SFCU to use the winner’s name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

SFCU is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical errors; or any other problems that may prevent participation. Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification.

1. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law provisions.

For the name and city/state of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Miscellaneous:The names of individuals, groups, companies, products and services mentioned herein, and any corresponding likenesses, logos and images thereof reproduced herein, have been used for identification purposes only and may be the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners. The mention of any individual, group or company, or the inclusion of a product or service as a prize, does not imply any association with or endorsement by such individual, group or company or the manufacturer or distributor of such product or service and, except as otherwise indicated, no association or endorsement is intended or should be inferred. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Release will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Release is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. For Participant, to the extent there is a conflict between Official Rules appearing at any other location and any terms of use or other agreements posted on the Sponsor’s Web Site, these are the Official Rules to be abided by.  All Participants will remain subject to Sidney Federal Credit Union’s rules, regulations, qualifications, and lending criteria as applicable to all members of Sidney Federal Credit Union.
