I am having trouble logging into Online Banking. What should I check?

If you are experiencing difficulty logging into Online Banking, please verify the following:

  • Are you using the correct username?
    • You would have created a unique username at time of initial registration.
  • Are you using the correct password?
    • If you are unsure of your password, select the ‘Forgot Password’ option to reset the password and access your account.

If registering for the first time – Only provide the account number without any leading zeros or suffix numbers. When temporary password is provided you must type the entry. The copy/paste function is not allowed.

IMPORTANT! DO NOT share your online banking credentials, passwords, or any SFCU account information. If contacted, hang up and call us at the phone number on our website during regular business hours. Scammers may pose as SFCU staff. Stay safe from fraud.
