How does Voice Authentication work?

When you call us, the system securely creates a voiceprint from your natural conversation with our team. You don’t need to say a specific phrase. In future calls, your voice is matched to your voiceprint in real time to confirm your identity quickly and securely.

Does this work for all SFCU calls?
